Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture. -Conduct regular assessments of HR policies and practices to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Lead HR projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management. -Mentor and develop junior HR staff, fostering their growth and development within the organization. |
